Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and In Store Pick up Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
We now offer free local pickup at our boutique located at:
La Galeria de Suchville 97
#2 Street, Suite 119
Guaynabo PR 00966
Customers may pick up during normal business hours:
Monday-Saturday 10:00 am-6:00 pm
In-store pick-up orders are available 2-4 business days after the purchase date. Customers will receive an email notification when the order is available for pickup. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be available the following business day for pickup.
Here is how it works:
- During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup
- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
- Bring your ID order number and receipt to the store and pick up your items.
- We will hold your items at the store for 10 days. If you do not make it in by then, your items will be returned, and you will be issued a store credit.
Important: Only you can pick up your order. You must bring the following items with you to the store to process your shipment:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- Your order number and receipt
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
At your Checkout process you can select two options:
- Pick up your order in our store located at La Galeria de Suchville 97 #2 Street, Suite 119 Guaynabo PR 00966
- Mailing shipping method by the United States Postal Office (USPS)
If you select the mailing shipping method, the charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
C and C Enterprises LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
C and C Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
C and C Enterprises LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
